Our Impact

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) measures our success one person, one family, and one community at a time. We are here to help people stay strong and to find their strength when they are in need. We say that EBCAP is a bridge to self-reliance. This means we connect people to services and resources that will keep them safe, secure, and healthy. We help them care for others as well — parents of young children and caregivers of older adults. Each year, we assist more than 30,000 people in Rhode Island’s East Bay who might not otherwise get their social, emotional, and health care needs met. This strengthens the overall well-being of the communities that we serve.
