Family Outpatient Services:

Outpatient Services provides individual, group, and/or family counseling, evaluation, and medication support. The Suboxone Clinic is available for those living with an Opiate addiction who embrace recovery through therapy and medicated assisted withdrawal. We serve adults, children, families, and elders who require therapy, medication services and/or suboxone treatment for substance use disorder.

Hours:

Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 A.M. – 7:30 P.M.

Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M.

Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.

Services Offered:

Services for mild to moderate mental health or substance use, toxicology, peer recovery support and medication.

Insurances Accepted:

Services are available to those who are uninsured or underinsured. Services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size*. In addition, Medicare, Medicaid, and all other 3rd party insurances are accepted. New patients are welcome.

*”Family size” includes all individuals living in a household related by birth, adoption or marriage. It also includes unrelated family members living in the same household who are supported by or are supporting a member of the family.


ACCESS and Intake:

Adults, youth, and child substance use referrals and call-ins all funnel through ACCESS where they are screened to determine the level of care needed based on severity. General appointments are scheduled based on clinician and program availability. The program serves mild, moderate or severely ill persons who require counseling and/or psychiatric care.
