Emergency Services:

Emergency Services provides 24/7/365 immediate response to those in crisis to cope with an emergency situation who need to be stabilized and/or who need acute psychiatric hospitalization. Clients may self-refer, be referred by police, emergency rooms, family members or other community agencies. We assist those dealing with an immediate psychiatric crisis, presenting the risk of harm to themselves or others. Please call 401-246-0700 for assistance.

Services Offered:

Emergency Services provides stabilization, support and advocacy during this transitional period while coordinating care to keep this person safe and subsequently reintegrating back to their community.

ACCESS and Intake:

Adults, youth, and child substance use referrals and call-ins all funnel through ACCESS where they are screened to determine the level of care needed based on severity. General Out-patient appointments are scheduled based on clinician and program availability. The program serves mild, moderate or severely ill persons who require counseling and/or psychiatric care.

Community Support Services:

Community Support provides Integrated Health Home services, Assertive Community Treatment and Residential services for individuals 18 years or older with severe and/or persistent mental or emotional disorders. Additional services include Wellness Coaches, in-house pharmacy, medication administration, Clozaril Clinic, individual and group counseling, case management, care coordination with medical providers, and hospital liaison services to Medicaid and Medicaid/Medicare recipients who are deemed to be living with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
