Transgender Whole Healthcare

The Transgender Whole Healthcare (TWH) Program recognizes that transgender people are the experts of their own experiences, bodies, and needs. The “whole” in TWH refers to other important social determinants of health such as access to healthy food, housing, clothing, community integration, education, fitness, resources, and more. We also recognize behavioral healthcare as a core health service and prioritize this access. By connecting patients with the supports they need to lead healthy lives, we can help improve the whole health of our entire community.
