East Bay Community Action Program’s Head Start provides high quality comprehensive early childhood education services at no cost for eligible families and children from prenatal to age five. We partner with parents to teach children the skills and abilities needed for success in school and life. Together with our community, we support parents to keep children safe, healthy, and well.

Friday, February 27, 2026 – East Bay Community Action Program will have its residential program and a limited number of its health and behavioral health locations open. Our dental clinic at 19 Broadway, Newport will remain closed on Friday, 2/27. Please call your health or behavioral health center with questions.
