EBCAP measures our success one person, one family and one community at a time. We are here to help people stay strong and find their strength when they are in need. We say that EBCAP is a bridge to self-reliance. This means we help people get what they need to keep themselves safe, secure, and healthy. We help them care for others as well, as parents to young children, and caregivers of older adults. Each year, we help more than 31,000 East Bay individuals who might not otherwise get their social, emotional, and health care needs met. This strengthens the overall well-being of the communities that we serve.
